Devonport Interchange serves as a central point for bus travel in and around Devonport.
The Interchange connects travellers to nearby cities and towns through intercity, regional and local routes. Kinetic (formerly Redline) services stop here, making it a convenient transport hub if you’re travelling to other destinations in northern Tasmania.
Devonport’s bus interchange handles local services as well as Kinetic’s long-distance route connecting Burnie with Launceston.
This is not a proper bus terminal but rather a cluster of bus stops on Rooke Street in Devonport’s town centre. However, the central location means that there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby if you have a long connection between buses. These include Molly Malone’s Irish Pub if you’re looking for a pub meal and the Novotel is just a two-minute walk away if you’re spending the night in Devonport.
