The Hobart Transit Centre is a small bus terminal serving Kinetic’s intercity coach services to Launceston.
The transit centre is nothing special, though, and it is essentially just a bus stop outside Kinetic’s offices on Liverpool Street. Although it doesn’t seem very centrally located, it’s only 2½ blocks from the Elizabeth Street Mall.
Kinetic was formerly known as Redline and many of its coaches are still in Redline livery. Kinetic operate some regional and suburban routes around Hobart, which terminate at the more centrally-located Hobart City Interchange, but Kinetic’s intercity coach services leave from the Hobart Transit Centre, with coaches to Launceston where there are connecting services to Devonport and Burnie.
